Blackberry PlayBook vs Galaxy Tab

I’m sorry guys but this tablet crushes the competition. There is no way I can slant it towards the Tab this time. It will not be released until 2011 though and will more than likely cost more. The current generation Galaxy Tab will probably give it a run for the its money by then.

Follow the break and check out the specs on this bad boy yourself. Read More

Will the iPad perish to the Galaxy Tab? The key factor will be the price point. If a WiFi only model of the Galaxy Tab is priced $500 USD or below, then the iPad does not stand a chance.

All Four Major US Carriers Get The Galaxy Tab

This is great news! Now there is no need to fret about whether or not your carrier would have the Galaxy Tab. The top four carriers will get it, AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, and Verizon. There is no official word on pricing yet, but there have been rumblings about $200-$300 on-contract.

Sprint announced that it’s Tab would not have 4G which is most definitely a disappointment.

Later this year there will also be a Wifi only version. There is no word on whether or not it will have the Android Market or not. Google has not let tablets without phone capabilities get the Android Market, but I can’t imagine they would shut out the first major Froyo tablet.

Dell Streak Vs. Galaxy Tab Specs

Dell’s Streak is one tough puppy, in fact you can’t crack the screen (or it is VERY hard to). It is made from the practically indestructible gorilla glass. I’ll include a video demo of it in all its glory.

Check after the break for the full technical comparison and see how the two small(er) tablets stack up. Read More
