Verizon Galaxy Tab 10.1 finally gets TouchWiz update

Verizon users can finally download the TouchWiz update on their LTE Galaxy Tab 10.1s. The update is 351 MB, so downloading it could take several minutes depending on your connection.

Want to know more about TouchWiz UX? We have a much more in-depth look at it here. Personally, I find it to be an improvement over stock Honeycomb.

Any Verizon customers excited about this update?

Has anyone got the new update yet?  I had the rings problem on mine, contacted Verizon and they are sending me a new one.  I got the return box today and the new replacement tab tomorrow.  I haven’t seen the availability of the update in my area yet though.

Don’t know what weed this poster is smokin, screenshot or no screenshot the update is not yet available to LTE users. It’s been more than 2 weeks now since the announcement, perhaps Verizon was just testing the waters: (1) announce update, (2) measure how loud the stink when update doesn’t materialise to determine whether it is commercially worthwhile.

Well Verizon there’s been barely a peep from anyone, just resignation to the fact that this is one more delay in the saga of missed updates.
