Galaxy Note 10.1 preorder page mistakenly went live

Earlier today an Amazon page went live to preorder the Galaxy Note 10.1. The estimated shipping time was three to five weeks and it was priced at $549.99. That page has since gone down. Samsung stated that the page went live as a mistake and that the Galaxy Note 10.1 is not available for preorder yet.

What does all of this mean? It could mean nothing or it could mean that the Galaxy Note 10.1 might be available sometime this summer. The quad-core processor on the Galaxy Note 10.1 is top-notch, but the other specs are about the same as other Android tablets currently available. Tablets like the ASUS Transformer Pad Infinity are coming soon with 1080p (1920 x 1080) displays and the Galaxy Note 10.1 is stuck at the current standard of 1280 x 800. So Samsung better hurry and release this tablet before a better offering comes along!

There best feature that this tablet has is the S Pen stylus. I think the average display is worth this amazing stylus though. I will be preordering as soon Samsung is ready to sell it to me.
