Samsung invites sent out with what seems to be a Galaxy Note 10.1

The invites to the major Galaxy announcement have been sent out. There is clearly a tablet shaped outline found on the invitation. The squiggly lines that come off of it look like they could be drawn with a stylus. Everything points to this press event being about the Galaxy Note 10.1.

It looks like it will be available soon. Are you planning on buying one?

Galaxy Note 2 announcement on August 29th

The Galaxy Note 2 will be shown off at a Samsung Mobile Unpacked event on August 29th. It will take place in Berlin two days before IFA officially starts. The original Galaxy Note was also announced in Berlin at IFA.

A spokesperson for Samsung said, “We plan to unveil the next Galaxy Note at the Samsung Mobile Unpacked event in Berlin on August 29.”

This leaves us to wonder what the major Galaxy announcement will be on August 15th. The Galaxy Note 10.1 does not qualify as major by itself in my opinion. Perhaps they will also announce the Galaxy Tab 11.8?
