10 million Galaxy Notes have now been sold
Samsung decided to share some sales numbers today at the reannouncement of the Galaxy Note 10.1. The sales numbers Samsung wanted to share were for the original Galaxy Note.
We had last heard that the Galaxy Note had sold 7 million units worldwide. Now Samsung has revealed that it has sold 10 million Galaxy Notes in nine months.
This is a lot less than the 28 million plus that the Galaxy S II has sold, but it proves that there is a market for phones 5 inches and larger. In fact, there is so much of a market that Samsung is preparing to release a successor to the original Note.
