The T-Mobile Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus Ice Cream Sandwich update is hitting tablets today. The only catch is that you must use Samsung Kies to upgrade your tablet. You can download it from Samsung’s website.

An over the air update would be much more convenient, but at least you can get Android 4.0 goodness on your Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus.
