Galaxy Tab 10.1 preliminary injunction in the US thanks to Apple
Apple has gotten the Galaxy Tab 10.1 banned in other countries, but they have just won a preliminary injunction in the United States. A preliminary injunction is a temporary measure to stop sales that a judge can grant before a final decision is made. This is nothing to worry about because buying a new Galaxy Tab 10.1 now would not be a good idea. You can probably score a used one for a good deal, but why buy a new Tegra 2 tablet when you can buy a Tegra 3 tablet for the same price?

Hulu Plus app available for Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 and Galaxy Tab 2 10.1
At long last, the Galaxy Tab line finally gets official support for Hulu Plus. Hulu Plus is a $7.99/month service that goes beyond what the free version of Hulu offers. The free version lets you watch many current shows in standard definition the day after the television broadcast. The paid features include more episodes, HD video, and playback on more devices than a PC. Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 and Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 owners will be able to watch Hulu Plus on their tablets now.

The Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 is about to be dethroned from the best cheap tablet option
The Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 has been praised for being an affordable tablet with mediocre specs. It was a great option for people wanting a moderately powerful tablet, but not wanting to dish out $400+ for a more powerful tablet. The Google branded Nexus 7 has been rumored for months, but now it is days from an official announcement at Google I/O. After it comes out, the Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 will not be a smart buy for most customers.

What is your favorite app on your Galaxy Tab?
My favorite app is Chrome Beta. I made a post about it in May. Chrome Beta is by far the best web browser available on Android 4.0 in my opinion.
I thought it would be fun to read what some of your favorite apps are though. It can be any kind of application, game, or widget. Leave a comment with your favorite app!

More Galaxy Note 2 rumors – October release, quad-core CPU
The Galaxy Note 2 is the next version of the popular device that straddles the middle ground between a large phone and a small tablet. Some like to call the Galaxy Note a phablet, but I try to refrain from using that word. The Galaxy Note 2 is rumored to be released in October. That is right around the time that both the iPhone and Windows Phone 8 devices will launch. It will have some pretty fierce competition.

Like the Galaxy Note 10.1? Check out the Microsoft Surface
Microsoft announced a Windows 8 tablet designed by themselves last night. They actually announced two versions of it – one that uses an NVIDIA Tegra CPU and one that uses a Core i5 Ivy Bridge. Only the latter can use a stylus similar to the Galaxy Note’s. That is the one that I would recommend considering if you were already planning to buy the Galaxy Note 10.1.

SamMobile is reporting that the Galaxy Tab line will receive an update to Ice Cream Sandwich very soon. The updates will apparently start in July, but most are planned for August. Keep reading for the list of Galaxy Tabs to get the update then. It appears to be the entire Honeycomb lineup.

Another Galaxy Note 10.1 video emerges
People keep getting their hands on the Galaxy Note 10.1 and uploading videos to YouTube. This latest video just shows off some of the software found on the Galaxy Note 10.1. One thing that I noticed in the video is the lack of lag. Between Ice Cream Sandwich and the quad-core Exynos processor in the Note 10.1, it puts my Galaxy Tab 10.1 to shame.
