Galaxy Note 8.0 advertised at Mobile World Congress

The Galaxy Note 8.0 is all but announced now. Mobile World Congress has not officially started, but Samsung’s booth is already being setup. As you can see in the photo above, it features a large press photo of the Galaxy Note 8.0.

Galaxy Note 8.0 – What to expect

There have been a lot of rumors lately about the latest Galaxy Note variant, Galaxy Note 8.0. As the name suggests, it will be an 8-inch tablet with a built in S-Pen stylus. It will likely be announced at Mobile World Congress later next month.

This tablet seems a lot like a smaller version of the Galaxy Note 10.1. The size also seems more practical. Personally, I enjoy using tablets around 7-inches more than 10-inch ones. The Galaxy Note 8.0 seems to suffer the same fatal flaw that the Galaxy Note 10.1 suffered – the 1280 x 800 screen resolution. At least the pixel density will be slightly higher on this 8-inch model.
