The Samsung Galaxy Tab showed the world how much a seven inch Android tablet could do and about six months later HTC tried to do the same with its seven inch Flyer. The Motorola Xoom was the first Honeycomb tablet available, but being first does not mean you are the best. There are many complains about the Xoom. The screen is washed out. Motorola has not upgraded the software to allow microSD cards yet. It also has not gotten the 4G LTE upgrade it was promised. The also weighs 1.6 pounds which feels very heavy when you hold it for more than a few minutes. Holding it is also difficult because the bevel is very small.

Why tablets need back facing video cameras I will never understand (if it were up to me I’d put the better quality camera on the front for video chatting and not have a back one), but it is yet another thing to compare to other tablets. The second generation iPad 2 and the Galaxy Tab 10.1 both have front and rear facing cameras. Both can record 720p video with the back camera.
